Corporate Training - Training varies depending on the department but generally includes meet-and-greets with key departments, corporate training classes for critical systems and customer service training.
Store Training - Training consists of learning how to run a store successfully with customer service seminars and systems training along with meeting key personnel.

Career advancement is discussed during succession planning meetings and development plans which are done annually and semi-annually.
